OIX Board Meets with White House National Security Staff

On September 8, the OIX met with the White House National Security Staff on the development of the National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC). OIX has engaged government leaders regarding new identity technologies and complex policy issues such as identity levels of assurance, trust frameworks and legal liabilities. We discussed a practical path forward that addresses the requirements of government, consumer advocates and industry alike. We shared our view that OIX is uniquely and deliberately positioned to help governments in establishing trust frameworks as part of the identity ecosystem.  The photograph was taken just prior to the meeting.
