OIX UK will be hosting an event at Microsoft’s central London offices next Monday, April 22, sharing news and next steps from the three-year Delivering Assisted Living Lifestyles at Scale (DALLAS) programme that commenced in mid-2012. The DALLAS programme was one of the first “alpha projects” and was supported by grant funding from the UK Technology Strategy Board, the National Institute for Health Research and the Scottish Government.

DALLAS builds upon the “trusted services” project, in which Microsoft, Edinburgh Napier University and HoIP telecom conducted a collaborative R&D project showing how new approaches can engender trust in online health services. The DALLAS programme develops this experience through four initiatives iFocus, The Feelgood Factor, Living it Up and Year Zero.

For security reasons bookings for this free event must be made before 4pm Friday 19th April at http://dallasapril.eventbrite.co.uk.
